Most of our furniture is made to order and are 100% handmade by Michael. Depending on the product being made dispatch time will vary per request from the customer. Some smaller pieces are pre made and ready to purchase. All pricing is final and includes the cost of product used to make the requested orders.
A 50% deposit is requested during time of booking to ensure the job.
We accept certified cheque, cash and money order. The customer will receive a receipt once payment is made. Payment must be made within two weeks of signing the contract otherwise contract will become null in void and cancel out. To ensure continued business the customer must sign and agree to a new contract.
Because products are handmade each one is unique in their own right. No two are alike, the customer must accept and adhere to this. Failure to do so could result in customer dissatisfaction, which we take seriously.
All products take longer to make then mass produced items due to the care and skill put into each item. We strive to use the best.
